Greater Nashville Area First Quarter 2012 Home Sales Report

Executive Summary:
Home sales are up again in March 2012 at +9.6% with First Quarter
2012 up a huge +18.6%.  A real surprise is March Median Pricing up
$3,500.  Homes are selling in all price ranges.  For the Quarter
prices are off $4,083 at -2.5%.  Pricing seems to be in the bottom of
the trough with little movement currently up or down – Good News.
Appointments are up 12.4% over 2011.  This makes 10 months in a row
that we have seen apoinments up over the previous year.
Most all economic indexes are up which is driving upward trends.
We need both listings and buyers.  Our Team Goal is to assist
