| Home sales are up again in March 2012 at +9.6% with First Quarter | |||||||||
| 2012 up a huge +18.6%. A real surprise is March Median Pricing up | |||||||||
| $3,500. Homes are selling in all price ranges. For the Quarter | |||||||||
| prices are off $4,083 at -2.5%. Pricing seems to be in the bottom of | |||||||||
| the trough with little movement currently up or down – Good News. | |||||||||
| Appointments are up 12.4% over 2011. This makes 10 months in a row | |||||||||
| that we have seen apoinments up over the previous year. | |||||||||
| Most all economic indexes are up which is driving upward trends. | |||||||||
